The Louis Vuitton King of Prussia boutique has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Associate- Hybrid, Visual Merchandising. 

As a Operations Associate-Hybrid, Visual Merchandising you will dedicate approximately half of your schedule focused on Operations responsibilities and the other half focused on Visual Merchandising responsibilities.

In this role you will secure back-of-house efficiency, supporting the team in providing optimal service to clients and ensuring all processes are completed in line with the standards of the brand. You will also ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories and support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the Client experience in store.

We are currently seeking full time availability.



Operations Associate

  • Secure back-of-house efficiency, supporting the team in providing optimal service to clients and ensuring all processes are completed in line with the standards of the brand.
  • Be someone who is extremely organized, loves problem-solving, is detail oriented and approaches all issues proactively. Luxury retail experience is preferred.
  • Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
  • Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
  • Follow the company’s policies and procedures

Visual Merchandising

Day to Day Visual Merchandising Maintenance Checks

  • Check store maintenance and environment to maintain luxury retail standards, ensuring lighting, windows, props and furniture are in excellent condition, in collaboration with VM Manager and Operations Team
  • Own the storage organization & the reordering of props and visual merchandising tools where necessary
  • Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards and current guidelines


Interior Merchandising Implementation

  • Plan, prepare and implement regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with Regional VM Manager, Team Manager, and Store Manager
  • Partner with operations team to ensure product preparation in the back of house and installation
  • Share qualitative and photographic feedback, after each rotation with the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager
  • Be the ambassador and role model in store for visual merchandising, mastering product knowledge and demonstrating genuine passion and enthusiasm
  • Act as a proactive force in developing the business, leveraging visual merchandising to drive sales


Store Events and Windows

  • Implement visual merchandising concepts for events in store in partnership with Regional VM Manager and Events Team
  • Own the window product change and maintenance for every rotation
