Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Merchandising Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to our Vice President of Merchandising and Merchandising department with strong emphasis on communication and relation building both internally and externally. The administrative assistant will serve as an integral liaison for business performance analytics on behalf of the department, lead project's calendar, booking travel, leading initiatives, reports and other administrative responsibilities. 

Business Analytics/Merchandising support:

  • Craft engaging presentations on behalf of department for local and global level. Coordinate presentations if needed.
  • Partner closely with Merchandising Business Performance manager to develop analytics and develop reports.
  • Support Accessories Merchandising Manager in the follow up of the category (buys, support, analytics)


  • Detail oriented and priority mindset in: planning, organizing, scheduling appointments/meetings or other engagements
  • Maintains VP of Merchandising’s calendar and expenses. Assists the VP in preparing for appointments, meetings, and other engagements.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries for visitors including but not limited to air travel, hotel accommodations, restaurant options and car service.
  • Conserves VP’s time by reading, researching, prioritizing, and routing correspondence.
  • Serves as a positive and professional department representative to Paris visitors, all guests and store personnel needing assistance.
  • Makes travel arrangements and itineraries, as well as preparing expense reports.
  • Screens and prioritizes VP’s phone calls. Responds to inquiries from internal/external sources as appropriate.
  • Follow department budget and financial administrative.( incl PO assistance)
  • Handles confidential information appropriately
  • Maintain open/ongoing communication and positive relationship with Merchandising team
  • Acts as the floor captain for the Merchandising floor, which includes being responsible for placing office supply orders, attending floor captain meetings and sharing any information with the team as necessary.


We are eager to speak with individuals with executive assistant experience or related roles. With sophisticated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP. With strong statistical skills and attentional to detail, you will be self-motivated and be able to cultivate positive relationships to work and collaborate with colleagues in an office. Stong attention to detail and follow-through skills. The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
