In order to contribute to Louis Vuitton (LV) business growth, provide service to all business departments and Store users by managing various information systems, IT infrastructure, and IT related devices. The candidate will manage and provide service which will collaborate with service desk and team. 



Report to CISO and Deputy CTO Global ASIA where working in Japan

Take in charge the IT related user support, IT asset management, and RUN support of the Louis Vuitton related business event and daily store operation.


  • IT User support: A Candidate will take in charge of L2 user support for all of IT related topics and manage L1 team plus escalate it to related L3 support team if topics that is not able to solve by L2 level.
  • IT asset management: Closely work with Network team and Digital Workplace team to maintain the quality of IT related asset management and Lead action to up-to-date version of software/OS/HW as following corporate CORE model.
  • Event & Store setup: Coordinate with Retail & Store staff to setup IT related device and infrastructure into the place. Lead activity and task whom local vendors to support setup IT device and infra into the new store and renewal stores.
  • Daily IT support management: Manage proximity team and local partners to perform daily user support especially HW support, operation support, and IT related system support.





Required Competencies

  • At least 5 years of experience to manage IT user support
  • Experience and understanding of vendor management
  • At least 3 years of experience of project management as independent and deployment phase
  • Experience to work closely with teams managing Data Network, IP-Telephony, and Microsoft M365 services
  • Preferred if having knowledge and experience of VMware Workspace One and TeamViewer
  • Preferred experience of ServiceNow
  • Preferred experience of DEP with Apple devices (iPhone/iPad/MAC)
  • Preferred if certified: PMP, ITIL
  • Preferred if certified: CCNA, MS Azure certification
  • Language: Business level of Japanese and English (French as a plus)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Japanese
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience to work in multi-cultures and diversity work environment is preferred
  • Well understanding of Critical Thinking method and Pro-active way of work.
