Position

MISSION STATEMENT

  • Ensure the stability of the DREAM database quality
  • Ensure the data collection quality in the stores
  • Be the spokesman of the database by informing or training users in the zone
  • Bring the client insights and lead sales action through data analysis
  • Optimize targeting with dedicated strategies and tools
  • Develop client insights knowledge in the zone
  • Efficient budget management

Profile

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Availability and stability of the DREAM platform
  • Train users in the zone about DREAM according to their profile
  • Ensure and monitor client data collection quality/ process in the stores
  • Create and share with other departments innovative reporting to better understand our clientele with less workload:
    • Via preformatted reports
    • Via business intelligence tools
  • Develop insights to better know our clients and their purchasing behavior
  • Analyze business results (ROI)  and data from client purchase data, offering key learnings and realistic for continuous improvement of our results

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • Statistical background (education and / or experience
  • Ability to make statistics understandable for “non-statisticians”
  • Ability to manage the database and reporting tools
  • Take the lastmanship for data reporting
  • Creative thinking to improve the client insights
  • Strategic vision to lead insights about clients’ potential evolution
  • Project management, in terms of ability to assemble and execute the stability and excellence of the database
  • Work collaboratively with Merchandising teams and store network Client relation coordinator
