Position

Mission

In order to contribute to Louis Vuitton (LV) business growth, provide service to all business departments especially Supply Chain & Logistics, Repair Center, Finance, HR by managing various information systems realizing omni channel and omni payment services such as SAP (SD, MM, FICO), SuccessFactors, OMS, WMS and Demand and Supply solutions.

Responsibilities

Take in charge the implementations, evolutions and RUN support of the Louis Vuitton Back Office initiatives in an Agile organization

  • In relation with local business teams for issue identification & solving, enhancement collection, enhancement validation, solution customizing
  • In relation with the HQ IS&T for “core” enhancement set-up, enhancement developments and solution support
  • Critical business operation support (commercial and non-commercial):           sales and payment data reconciliation in various systems (POS/ERP/BI/e-commerce platform) in order to secure LV’s financial report

Profile

Required Competencies

  • At least 5 years of experience to manage SAP system in SD / MM (ECC EHP7)
  • Experience and understanding of customizing in SAP
  • At least 3 years of experience of project management in small/medium size of projects
  • Basic level of understanding of database and SQL
  • Experience to work closely with teams managing Supply Chain, Warehousing, Distribution (and preferred with Finance, e-Commerce, Call center)
  • Preferred if having knowledge and experience of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, CONCUR and any OMS, Payroll platform/product
  • Preferred experience of SAP FICO support
  • Preferred experience of HR system support
  • Preferred understanding of accounting & finance services
  • Preferred understanding of PCI compliance
  • Preferred if certified: PMP, ITIL
  • Language: Business level of Japanese and English (French as a plus)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Japanese
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience to work in multi-cultures and diversity work environment is preferred
