Position

MISSION STATEMENT

Supervising online/offline media planning & buying, ad productions, management of brand’s official social accounts, apps, and website (except e-commerce), social listening, and writing/proofreading/printing of various client communication tools.

 

REPORTING TO

Senior Vice President Marketing & Communication

  • Media/Digital agencies
  • Production/Printing companies
  • Online/Offline Media companies

Profile

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Media Planning/Buying/AD Production

  • Covering all online & offline media buying such as TV/Cinema/Print/OOH/Display/Paid Social (except Search)
  • Reconciling the global guidelines & local market needs, offer the most effective & efficient media plan
  • Closely working with media &; production agencies, media companies, HQ counterparts and LVMH Media

 

Management of brand’s website/app/social accounts

  • Following the global guidelines, localize the contents of website/app (except the product pages directly managed by Digital Retail)
  • Localize the global posts (Facebook)
  • Directly manage the local accounts (LINE/Twitter)

 

Online Paid Editorial (magazine media tie-up)

  • In collaboration with PR Communication and magazines, plan & execute the online extension of magazine paid editorial on their websites/SNS.

 

Social Listening

  • In collaboration with HQ Digital Performance team and dedicated agency, reporting the local social buzz trends

 

Writing/proofreading

  • In order to coordinate the branding words and tone & manner, proofread all digital/printed communication tools and press release
  • Writing support for some client communication e.g. e-mails, 1-to-1 message templates.

 

Production of client communication tools

 

SKILLS

  • Substantial experience of both online/offline media planning & buying at companies or media agencies
  • Ideally fashion and/or luxury marketing experience
  • Ideally savvy about the most updated social media communication
  • Ideally good Japanese copywriting/proofreading skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good team management skillsBusiness English speaking/listening/writing/reading skills
  • Business English speaking/listening/writing/reading skills
