Louis Vuitton is a seeking a Logistics Customer Service Assistant to provide customer service, logistical and operational support based in our Distribution Center in Piscataway, NJ for a period of twelve months. You will act as the main customer service representative for pre and post sales, including lost shipments, order discrepancies, charge inquiries, defective and termination returns and quality concerns and be a key contributor in securing customer satisfaction and pricing stability. The Logistics Assistant will work alongside the warehouse operations team to work towards efficient and effective solutions in a timely manner, while also working with the Corporate team for any product pulls for special requests.  In addition, this person will support the Customs Team (during Manager maternity leave) on daily activities related to exotics inbound and outbound greenlight flows.

Additionally, the Logistics Customer Service Assistant will support Price Management for transfer price validation, non-sellable pricing, integration issues and price change communications, while also working with the Sales Admin team with OBS management, credit notes and other flows. This role can also expect to offer other administrative and clerical duties depending on needs of the business.


The Logistics Assistant role would best suit an individual with 1-2 years’ experience in corporate business, planning, logistics or in a customer service capacity, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. With a positive “can-do” attitude and strong work ethic, you will be self-motivated and be able to foster strong relationships to work and collaborate with multiple internal and external departments. The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy, with some knowledge of SAP and the ability to learn more. Additionally, Spanish speaking is a plus!
