Learning & Development Manager
Louis Vuitton is seeking an pioneering Learning and Development Manager to drive the performance, engagement and training actions. Reporting into the Human Resources Manager of our Ateliers in Spain, this position is responsible for providing the right tools, systems and expertise to drive these organizational development initiatives.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 1 Internal Communication Officer & 1 Production Supervisor in charge of our internal craftsmanship school (“Escuela de Los Savoir-Faire”), designing and implementing a learning and development strategy focused on all employees across the Spanish workshops. You will effectively design and embed talent development and engagement strategies that help drive the performance of the business, working closely with HR Managers – Workshop & the Industrial & SC Learning & Development Team. You will develop and implement a continuous improvement process to maintain the quality standards of the training/learning process and content. You will be at the forefront of helping our leaders upskill our employees to help us be successful today and tomorrow. You will serve as an L&D expert, sharing best practices and utilizing available content, resources, and technology to meet business needs.
We are looking for a profile with strategic and operational expertise in designing, implementing and enhancing learning & development initiatives for all levels of employees. You demonstrate curiosity to understand the multiple dimensions of organizational challenges and opportunities, plus an ability to think very independently with a high degree of self-motivation. Depth of knowledge and experience across a wide range of areas (Talent Management, Human Resources) and are comfortable designing and implementing processes, programs and tools to aid in the development of our teams. Ability to provide individual and group feedback and guidance to multiple levels of clients, peers or partners; strong diagnostic skills in listening, probing and analyzing to translate business demands into development solutions. Strong written and oral communication skills. Certifications in MBTI, Process Com and other learning, change management, and coaching methodologies are a plus.
