Junior Project Manager
Louis Vuitton is searching for a Junior Project Manager. Design and Implementation of Louis Vuitton Stores with focus on existing network remodel, The Junior Project Manager is responsible for managing all Minor Works projects in the Americas. The Junior Project Manager works closely with corporate and regional teams to ensure coordination of all aspects of the projects which also include the direct control and responsibility of Procurement, Administrative, and Logistic. The Junior Project Manager is also responsible for managing external consultants, contractors, and direct vendors on projects. The Junior Project Manager will also handle costs, scheduling, and quality of projects throughout the entire process of planning and construction.
As Junior Project Manager you will supervise and coordinate all design and construction activities involved with improvements of stores through “Minor Works”. Prepare Capex and Cost Report annually with quarterly status updates on budget and completion to Finance Department. Manage bulk purchases of furniture and work with Finance on reallocation of assets upon distribution. Update as-built drawings, carpet dimensions and photos to keep record of store changes. Deliver monthly presentations and updates to RVP’s and local VM. Collaborate and coordinate with all Corporate and Retail Departments such as: IT, Asset Protection, Legal, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Stores.
We are eager to speak to professionals with minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury retail construction management and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related Engineering field. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. This person has a desire to work in an agile and collaborative environment and has demonstrated the ability to build relationships and work cross functionally. In addition, has experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, and PowerPoint.
