As our IS&T Manager, you will effectively manage internal customers business demands with a strong technical services approach, manage various projects within the IT arena to ensure work is delivered on time and in scope, provide budget and manage vendors.

The person filling this role will also assist with service delivery tasks as defined below, facilitating business requests for change, service issues, SLA uptimes, reporting and strengthening a business partner relationship through the delivery of great service. The role is varied with plenty of scope and will help the team to deliver a quality IT service within Louis Vuitton Australia and New Zealand.

As an IS&T Manager you will be accountable for:

  • Governing the availability of all IT Services within Australia and New Zealand;
  • Being the local point of contact for all stakeholders for IT escalated issues;
  • Ensuring that global standards, policies, and procedures are followed;
  • Managing the country's IT and network infrastructure.

Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Have a detailed knowledge of the services and service catalogue provided to Louis Vuitton business
  • Understand the effect a service outage and SLA may have from the business perspective
  • Act as an L2 escalation point for issues reported into the solution teams
  • Liaise with technical teams for most recent updates and gain an understanding of the outstanding deliverables
  • Document meeting minutes and outcomes and ensure actions are completed timely and escalated where needed to line management
  • Manage and facilitate projects and requests through delivery
  • Work as part of the virtual team within country IT group to provide project assistance and knowledge sharing
  • Manage local IT providers, secondments and approve on-demand proximity dispatches
  • Ensure compliance in security and standards
  • People, Contractor and Vendor Management

You are a strong IS&T professional, who will act as the key escalation account contact for day-to-day management of our business; you will work with internal customers to provide a consistently high level of service delivery across all areas of business interactions within the

To ensure your success in this role, you will have:

  • a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in, IT Project management, service delivery and infrastructure project management
  • University graduate in Computers & Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Proven record of delivering projects utilizing Project Management methodologies such as AGILE, PMBOK, PRINCE2
  • Strong Knowledge in networks (routing, LAN, WAN, WiFi, IPT) and EUC (End User Computing) support
  • Functional, hands on knowledge in Server management and implementation both traditional and VMWare.
  • Detailed Experience with Oracle xStore, SAP, AS400, Salesforce, O365 and other cloud technologies
  • Sound experience in POS (Point Of Sale) support
  • Experience in working within ITIL framework
  • Aware of CyberSecurity practices and management of issues raised
  • Security technology experience (NVR, CCTV, alarms and proximity)
