In-store CD (LVMS)

Position

• LVMS (Louis Vuitton Maison Seoul) animations & events weekly, monthly, yearly planning, performance and management
• Partner with other teams on planning exclusive events to recruit new clients, upgrade existing clients, and reactivate lapsed clients for LVMS.
• To support & execute with related staffs to bring clients & exceptional client experience for LVMS
• Private client relations

• LVMS (Louis Vuitton Maison Seoul) 내 주/월/년 단위의 in-store animation 기획 및 운영 관리
• 신규고객을 모객하고, 기존 고객관계를 개선할 수 있도록 관련 부서 및 LVMS의 직원들과 협업하여LVMS 만의 특별한 고객 Event를 기획
• LVMS의 직원들이 최상의 Client Experience를 제공할 수 있도록 기타 Support 제공
• 긴밀한 고객응대를 통한 고객 관계 형성

Profile

• Around 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Working experience in Store is preferred  
• Trendsetter with respect to taste, interest in art & culture, able to communicate with client with welcoming & sophisticated manner

• 4-5년 이상의 관련 경력
• Luxury STORE 근무 경력자 우대
• 트렌드에 민감하며, 예술과 문화에 대한 관심으로 Tasteful한 감각의 소유자 / 친절하고 섬세한 고객응대 가능자
