As a Care Service and Stock Advisor you will strive to provide the clients with the most luxurious experience by supporting the store team with the best front-of-house and back-of-house service in line with the standards of the Brand.

You will proactively work with the sales and stock teams to deliver industry-leading after sales service and ensure smooth store operations.

Profile

In line with business requirements, this varied role contributes to the smooth running of the stock team as well as our dedicated client care service team. The accountabilities are:

  • Discover and guide our clients in every aspect of after sales care service and cultivate trusting relationships with them; making sure they feel cherished, understood and part of the Louis Vuitton family at every step of the way
  • Receive and manage client repairs as well as other care service inquiries, perform basic in-store repairs and liaise with the Paris care service atelier as well as relevant local partners for more complex cases
  • Ensure a highly qualitative in-store experience for all care service clients as well as strong follow up in person, by phone or email on any care service cases and inquiries; follow the full repair flow from start to finish with a view to exceeding client expectations and generating brand loyalty
  • Train the wider store team on all aspects related to care service and be a strong support to the store management with regards to care service requests by clients or team
  • Support the sales team with in-store product personalization (hot-stamping)
  • Be an integral part of the stock team by providing an efficient service to all client advisors including but not limited to receiving deliveries, preparation of products, advising on stock availability, arranging product transfers and shipment to other stores as well as client home delivery in collaboration with Supply Chain and carrier companies
  • Perform rotative and full inventories counts and proactively manage, investigate and resolve any stock discrepancies in collaboration with shop floor and security teams
  • Maintain the inventory in perfect condition ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms (product and packaging)

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

  • Enjoys direct interaction with clients, has a client-centric mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment both on the shop floor supporting the sales team as well as off the floor supporting the stock and operations team
  • Excellent German and English skills both for verbal and written client correspondence as well as polite and professional demeanor on the phone
  • Experience in managing high client expectations, ability to remain calm and find solutions even in stressful and demanding situations
  • High level of physical and mental resilience
  • Technical interest and aptitude to complete minor product repairs and personalization in store (following extensive training)
  • Integrity and trust
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive with good team spirit
  • Computer literate and at ease with navigating digital tools
