Human Resources Systems Specialist
Louis Vuitton has an exciting opportunity based in New York City for a Human Resources Systems Specialist supporting the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager to drive the support and maintenance of HR systems and to support key compensation programs for Louis Vuitton Americas Reporting to the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager, this role will ensure data integrity by reviewing system errors, conducting audits regularly and ensuring consistent processes are followed. Additionally, this role will be responsible for monitoring the performance of all HR systems, supporting internal clients, and creating and maintaining process documentation for HR systems to support users. Lastly, this role will identify system needs and will manage HR new hire systems setup.
With a passion for working in Compensation and Benefits, the HR Systems Specialist will manage the monthly commission payment process including the auditing of data from Xactly, returns and adjustments, and payroll processing. This person will also manage the retail bonus plan calculations and plan administration including the tracking of plan eligibility and subjective KPI ratings, partnering with retail development for KPI results and calculating and communicating bonus results to Regional HR. Being a skilled problem solver, this role will review and resolve commission and incentive inquiries from retail teams. This individual will also support the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager with data preparation for annual review processes.
This role will suit an individual with 3+ years of HR, Compensation, or HRIS experience with advanced Excel skills. With a proven problem-solving ability, you will have excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines. In addition, you will have a high attention to detail, and are experienced dealing with large datasets. Given the nature of the environment you will need to be able to handle matters confidentially with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. You will also have the ability to adapt to change and actively support and communicate change initiatives in a positive manner.
