Human Resources Manager
The HR Generalist oversees HR support for the Louis Vuitton Indonesia Corporate. HR management is inclusive but not limited to responsibilities of Talent Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Organizational Effectiveness.
This position works closely with corporate leadership to optimize workplace performance in support of business goals through strategic recruiting, HR planning, change management, organizational design and talent management. This role partners with business leaders on all talent and hiring matters and will coach leadership on performance management as well. This person will help manage centralized initiatives as well as consolidations of all human resources activities inclusive of, but not limited to activities related to employee reviews, headcount, staff costs, as well as other corporate deployed projects.
Ideal candidate will have a strong strategic recruitment and generalist background with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources.
The candidate must be strategic as well as tactical as this is a “hands on” position which requires interaction and visibility with all levels of the organization. Successful candidate will possess considerable knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources administration, excellent problem solving skills, effective oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, superior conflict management skills, approach-ability, dealing with ambiguity, command and influencing abilities, motivating others, drive for results and building effective teams.
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in organizational development, human resources or a related field a plus
- Ideal 5 to 7 years human resources experience in a retail specialty environment
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HRIS systems required
