HR Business Partner Assistant (W/M)

Based in our Geneva office (Meyrin), and part of our Central Europe Region (Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Romania and Czech Republic) you will be joining our Human Resources department and support our 14 stores on the following missions:

Assist with the recruitment process by partnering with managers to source and recruit candidates who will make the difference within our organisation. This includes: candidate screening, interview scheduling, background/reference checks, final selection and offer generation, and new-hire on-boarding.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with our teams in stores and our head office.

Provide daily administrative support: initiate data change requests and ensures system accuracy of HR operations including new hires, job changes, salary modifications and other job-related requests

You will collaborate directly with our 2 HRBPs and contribute to the candidate and employee experience within our Region.

Ideally you have finished your Bachelor's or Master's degree, you already have a first experience in HR and you are looking for a valuable experience to start your career.

You are fluent in English and French & German is an asset. You are available for a 1 year  minimum commitment.
