Our Aftersales team is searching for an HR Admin supporting the 1st and 2nd shift at the Client Care Services Center in Piscataway, NJ. The Human Resources Generalist will support core HR functions of recruitment, talent and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, health and safety in compliance with federal/state laws and regulations. This is a first shift role and will support the team from 9 am - 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday, and reports into the Sr. HR Manager.
This position is responsible for enhancing the employee experience by communicating proactively.
Not only will the HR admin be working collaboratively with the on-site leadership team, this role will be responsible for taking charge of all hours, PTO, payroll, invoicing and other administrative duties. This position will serve as the point person all administrative documentation and other administrative and planning duties as assigned.
We are eager to speak to individuals with a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, and with previous HR administrative experience. Candidates with a proven track record in maintaining a culture that prioritizes safety and quality through communication, action, and accountability, you will continuously innovate and drive the employee experience and strategy for the Client Care Services Center.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem solving and communication skills in addition to the ability to confidently communicate with onsite leadership. Working closely with a wide range of business partners the ability to influence people is key to this role, along with a natural skill to motivate and engage people. Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
