Louis Vuitton Americas is recruiting for a highly experienced, solutions focused and collaborative General Manager to support their Care Services Center based in New Jersey. Through leading a cross-functional team, you will foster the development and deployment of repair practices focused on quality, efficiency and continuous improvement while maintaining the heritage of Louis Vuitton.

The General Manager will set a culture of collaboration and alignment between repairs, quality, client services, supply chain and other site support service functions, while overseeing all site operational activities in a safe and reliable manner


The ideal candidate should excel in setting achievable yet challenging team and individual targets for the site; assess, monitor and manage performance to ensure these goals are achieved. The GM will manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service: create a positive work environment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutions.  The GM will identifiy, design, implement and measures programs to improve operational performance, while working with supply chain to optimize supplier relationships.
