Fraud Analyst-Client Service Center

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Fraud Specialist for their Service Center in Irving, Texas who will be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the LV CSC promise. You will be responsible for preliminary investigations, real-time monitoring and analysis of transactions and client behaviors for potentially fraudulent behavior.
The Fraud Analyst plays a critical role in the execution of web and client service phone orders, the Fraud Digital Management program, and its responsibility to prevent and detect fraud. This role is required to review and investigate Card Not Present orders to identify and prevent fraudulent transactions. They must have the ability to assist in escalated scenarios and take steps to mitigate the brands exposure to fraud by validating both digital and retail transactions. Analysts in this position are responsible for assessing various situations and identifying risks, utilizing various tools including CyberSource, Emailage, LexisNexis, and Fingerprint Device while adhering to procedures and performance standards. Analysts must also maintain a balanced perspective to ensure we adhere to an elevated client experience.
