Louis Vuitton has an exciting career opportunity for a FP&A Sr Analyst to join their team based in New York reporting to a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. This individual will be responsible for the financial reporting and monitoring of LV America’s Selling departments and expenses with the support of a FP&A Manager. The analyst will participate in budget construction and revisions on topics such as rent, store controllable expenses, security, and various Retail expenses.  In addition, the Analyst will work on sales reporting, focusing on KPI’s and sales trends, prepare business updates for top management, and other ad hoc projects. This role will also participate in monthly closing and department budget follow up

  • Monthly closing analysis and control to budget/trend focusing on Selling expenses.
  • Participation in annual budget construction / revisions.
  • Prepare/update network investment and amortization schedules.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed to support the business of LVA.
  • LVA weekly sales report: KPIs, sales trends, business updates, etc.
  • Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of behavior and follow the company’s policies and procedures.

 

Profile

We are eager to speak to individuals that possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or Accounting with 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity such as Business Planning, FP&A, or Financial Control. The ideal candidate will have high level professional maturity, communication & presentation skills, as well as the expertise to build cross-functional relationships with a diversity of business partners. Advanced proficiency in Excel as well as strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task, be methodical, meticulous, and high level of quality control. A self starter, able to thrive and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
