Louis Vuitton is searching for an Email Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for the day-to-day management and analysis of Email campaigns for Louis Vuitton Americas based in our New York Office. While working cross functionally with Merchandising and Production teams, this role will execute day-to-day email sends via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and will assist with email copywriting. With an analytical mindset, the Email Marketing Coordinator will analyze and report on campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis, while creating and implementing strategies (segmentation, triggers, flows, A/B tests) to improve KPI’s.

In addition, the Email Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for the development and execution of strategic Mall and Leased Department Store (LDS) partnerships. This role will act as the main point of contact for Mall & LDS partners for updated and modifications to Digital channels, including website, email and social. The Email Marketing Coordinator will also develop and manage the marketing calendar for partners, ensuring support for store openings and key commercial moments and branded campaigns. This role will also track and report on all Mall & LDS marketing actions and performance.

Profile

We are eager to speak to professionals with 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least a year of dedicated hands-on experience with an enterprise-level email service provider. The ideal candidate also has strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and Photoshop. As a highly organized and detail oriented individual, you are an effective communicator and presenter and can adjust to competing priorities. You will also have comprehensive understanding of luxury fashion in terms of content, visuals, and client experience. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus. Proficiency in French, Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.
