Position

Louis Vuitton is looking for an E-Retail Coordinator that will join the Team in Milan's Head Office and that will:

be responsible of the development of the multi-channel online business;

be in charge of the management and the execution of platform launches, as well as the daily overseeing of existing platforms

be able to maximise online presence with the aim to support sales online and in-store

Profile

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

 

Achieve the turnover objectives

Drive actions to reach annual sales objectives                                             

 

Drive & measure

- Plan, coordinate and measure all campaigns driving traffic and Identify key levers

- Manage SEO and Paid Search budgets and agencies to maximise eCommerce ROI

- Analyze and share weekly and monthly reports of the performance of the online channel and give new input based on results

 

Maximise client satisfaction and develop top clients

-Analyse buy paths and identify main friction points. Propose key evolutions required.

-Propose, implement and track new services

-Run weekly tests to ensure the local site and apps work perfectly especially following updates and releases (every other week)

-Increase digital clients’ repurchase rate

-Responsible for CRM digital activities (email planning)

 

Manage online content

-Ensure all content is published in a timely manner

-Propose local articles or content to support country’s special actualities and boost the local visibility

-Ensure store information is up-to-date on all digital platforms (opening hours, offer, events…)

-Review internal search results and keywords as appropriate

 

Be an omnichannel and digital ambassador in the country

-Support stores and other departments with their omni-channel orders follow up and training

-Ensure Clienteling actions are in place for Web clients

-Be attentive to top innovation on the market. Analyse competition and share best practices
