E-CRM intern

Position

Are you willing to join in a dynamic team? We are looking for a E-CRM intern as part of our dynamic team based in Milan.

How you will contribute

• Work with different suppliers (incl. data analysis platforms, copywriter, translation agencies, ..)
• Partner closely with Brand team departments (Product, PR, Image, Events,..) to reinforce 360 strategy
• Write and own briefs for internal and external teams (including suppliers) to ensure alignment from concept to execution
• Translate Client’s communication (email, templates and evite, editorial pages)
• Logistic support client’s gift and clienteling tools

Profile

Who you are

• Degree in Foreign Languages & Literature background
  
  
• Fluent in Italian and English. The knowledge of French is considered a plus
  
  
• Good Knowledge of Office Suite, especially Power Point and Excel
  
  
• Good Knowledge of Photoshop
  
  
• Detail-oriented, self-starter and team-worker
