Director, Retail Learning
Louis Vuitton is seeking a Director, Retail Learning based in our New York Office whom will be responsible for elevating the in-store Client Experience within Louis Vuitton Americas. Reporting to the Vice President - Retail Learning and Support, this role will plan, implement and manage the Retail Training Plan for the entire zone. In addition, the Director, Retail Learning will lead and support a team of regional/country Retail Learning Managers as key business drivers for their regions/countries, focusing training efforts to support business results, service excellence and team development needs.
The position of Director, Retail Learning requires extensive travel to be in-store with teams and Retail Learning Managers to support a strong Service focus and background by driving the implementation and maintenance of a strong culture of exceptional service in every one of our stores. Finally, the ideal candidate will serve as a strong and resourceful leader: able to craft creative solutions with changing business needs and resources.
We are eager to meet individuals with 10+ years Retail Training/Learning or Development experience. The Director, Retail Learning requires strong listening and observations skills, excellent communication and relationship building skills. A commitment to a team ethic is a must, as is business acumen.
