Position

Louis Vuitton South America is looking a Director of Digital for Brazil, as a Director of Digital, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the success of the digital strategy. Louis Vuitton Director of Digital role drives and oversees all activities on www.louisvuitton.com.br, comprising digital merchandising, content publication and digital strategy, partnering with retail, client services, LVA and LVM. In addition, in charge of merchandising implementation for all product categories, whilst managing and supporting  digital business strategy in order to enhance omnichannel experience.

 

The Director of Digital is responsible for driving sales managing client services, digital marketing, operations, website specialist and merchandising functions for Louis Vuitton Brazil, in order to provide clients, the best-in-class digital experience that is consistent with the exceptional standards of the brand.

 

As a Director of Digital, you are expected to develop and implement strategies to increase market share by elevating brand awareness, as well as  day-to-day management & analysis of the website and client services. 

Profile

Knowledge & Experience:

Minimum 7 +  years’ experience in digital retail, digital marketing, budgets, or retail operations and/or equivalent
Retail professional background
Experienced manager with previous managerial background and with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of urgency and driven for results

Expertise for all things performance marketing and act as a resource across the organization to foster a collaborative learning environment

Solid understanding of all online marketing touch points and measurements (including social media ads, SEO/SEM, affiliates/influencer, email marketing

Fluent in data analytics with the ability to assess business trends and identify meaningful information to drive decision-making and create compelling narratives

Experience in managing multi-channel teams, applying a test & learn approach to improve channel performance

Be familiar with the latest digital trends, digital marketing and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and enterprise email marketing platforms

Passion for Retail and luxury

Experience in managing new channels is beneficial

GDPR knowledge is a nice-to-have

 

Specific Skills:

Computer literacy critical (excel, word, power point),
Systems savvy, comfort level navigating complex systems and platforms (Infolog, e-commerce systems, CMS systems, Sprinklr)
Solid understanding of logistics processes, DC operations and Inventory Flow

Bilingual speaker (Portuguese & English)

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive Omnichannel business performance
  • In charge of the achievement of Sales objectives for digital (ONLINE & CSC):
    • Measure performance through sales results and web analytics
    • Define action plans, for short and middle terms by looking through different levers (traffic, acquisition, conversion, average basket, UPT)
    • Partner with and influence LVA team on social media investments & online launches strategy, supporting and fostering growth
    • Control and optimize Return On Investment of online marketing campaigns
  • Animate and promote digital & omnichannel services internally: Act as key contributor for continuous digital evolution and elevation of for the network
  • Take timely decisions with other regional departments to launch on time and with the right quality over these topics: Retail excellence for store preparation and omnichannel alignment, supply chain for fulfilment, CRM for client engagement plan, retail merchandising for buying, HR for rewards and recognition and talent development, finance and legal for sales policies
  • Build and grow a high potential digital team by attracting, recruiting and retaining the best talents, as well as developing them
  • Manage all related market strategies, including execute marketing campaigns across online channels
  • Promote customer loyalty through digital marketing efforts
  • Measure and share results  over Key Business Goals, owning the achievement of weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Analyze report results of digital marketing campaigns to e-commerce team members and CODIR
  • Develop business cases and A/B tests for the market and/or channels
  • Increase media mix and audience targets to increment brand awareness and client engagement
  • Partner with LVA to understand their digital marketing practices, how they are combatting industry headwinds, and apply their insights to your practice.
