Louis Vuitton North America is searching for a Digital Special Projects Coordinator. This role will be a key support to prioritize quality assurance testing and day-to-day momentum of project details acting as a key problem. We are looking for an individual who will handle the execution of the majority of UAT test cases, liaison with cross functional members and collaborators in context to road-mapped projects & integrations – they will be passionate about timing and battle testing. Very issue identification & solving oriented


  • Develop expertise around design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of an existing and new product rollout – from the PRE to POST launch stages
  • Partner and collaborate with other departments to ensure excellence and maintain high standards for customer experience
  • DAY-TO-DAY PLANNING & EXECUTION OF User Acceptance Testing: functions, and data to test and validate; parameters may include general function, validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Drive product excellence through end-to-end Continuous reporting, documenting and tracking of defects and technical issues whilst forming a new process s managing, develop, and improve processes within the team.
    • Responsible for in partner with Special Projects Manager of all UAT processes responsibilities include publication of stakeholder opt-in/opt-out for each UAT, run book preparation and
    • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders throughout the testing process
    • Partner with key stakeholders to define
    • Daily Stand Ups / Wrap Ups / Defect calls as needed with project team/stakeholders
    • Conducts as much testing as possible to ensure products perform according to user requirements and within established guidelines.
  • Report and communicate defect metrics on a daily and weekly basis to Special Projects Manager & Sr. Manager
  • Coordinate and follow up with Development Leads and Testers on defect fix estimates and retesting estimates
  • Collaborate with key partners regarding the Integrated Change Management Process requests during the testing phase
  • Participate & funnel up callouts within the triage process for defects including assignments to Development and coordinating ownership and resolution
