Louis Vuitton is searching for a Digital Personal Stylist. The Digital Personal Stylist (DPS) is responsible for promoting and selling all product categories to high potential Digital clients including 10K and VIC in collaboration with local Store and Client Relation & Development teams. The DPS will proactively reach out to digital clients who reside in their respective territories, acting to create strong omnichannel relationships.  This role is primarily outbound sales, with a focus on the cultivation of high value digital clients.  As an expert in selling and client service, you will build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with clients to drive their purchase behavior into Ready-To-Wear, Watch/Jewelry and High End. As a skilled communicator, you will strive to deliver all client interactions in line with our Louis Vuitton promise thus further driving loyalty to the brand and our positioning within the luxury market space.

In addition, Develop the Louis Vuitton Digital client through personalized 1:1 outreach. Proactively outreach to a constantly evolving pool of high potential clients to cultivate relationships. Drive personal sales results and achieve sales targets across all product categories while also ensuring an elevated client experience at all points of interaction. Collaborate with the Store team in creating occasions to bring top clients to the boutiques & host events to further drive potential sales and/or increase brand loyalty. Develop our top digital clients and provide private client services through in person/virtual appointment-based selling, wardrobing and experiences with the goal of continuously delivering above their expectations. Deliver a high caliber of client service in line with VIC/10K in store to our purely digital client.


We are eager to speak to professionals with minimum of 2+ years selling experience in a luxury market. This person will have a proven track record in developing authentic and lasting relationships with clients. As well as the ability to manage and execute an outbound selling process. The ideal candidate has knowledge of the luxury sector and market and is Fashion-forward with a passion for the luxury-goods industry. Professional presentation, and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present and sell High End products is preferred. Flexible availability as this role requires weekend, evening work and travel.
