Digital Care Services Specialist 2nd shift
The Digital Care Services Specialist is responsible for servicing Clients through proper and accurate handling of inquiries related to care services via phone, email and video. The Care Services Expert will also be responsible for achieving assigned objectives in the areas of productivity, and quality; as well as maintaining high operational standards and efficient use of key systems.
Successful individuals will possess excellent Customer Service skills, Communication skills, and a strong command of the English language. We currently have openings for the 2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm Tues - Sat (Saturdays will be 9 am - 5:30 pm from home) and should be available for a mid shift training from 10 am - 7 pm for the first 4 - 6 weeks.
- Perform accurate and complete product assessments related to repairs and quality to create a repair or provide care information to clients
- Asses all incoming repairs to assess the condition of the item against store documents and determine is the product is repairable
- Use our CRM to access technical data in order to process the repair when instructions are not provided
- Handle a range of calls including (but not limited to): Payment Question, Quotation, Customer service issues, etc.
