Louis Vuitton is searching for a Demand Planning Associate based in our New York office who will be responsible for supporting the Demand Planning team with operational tasks, reporting, sales performance analysis, mainly linked to new products distribution and sales forecasting & performance.  This role will support the team for a period of six months.

The Demand Planning Associate will be responsible for reservation management. Working collaboratively with the Merchandising team, you will manage fulfillment of hot item reservations and will prioritize stores based on conversion rates.  You will also support sales forecasting activities by contributing sales forecasts constructions, sales performance analysis, and construction of daily path. Along with the Merchandising team, you will collaborate with the Distribution, Digital and Retail teams to create appropriate routines to adjust product assortment and reduce our longtail(products with low rotation).

As an experienced Demand Planner, you will actively contribute to sell-thru optimizations, by closely monitoring sales of products in end of life, while suggesting rebalances in partnership with Merchandising. This role will also routinely create tools/dashboards/KPI’s to facilitate the Supply Chain team by creating friendly, visual, and easy tools/dashboards to support our daily operations.


We are eager to speak to individuals with experience in Data Analytics, Programming, Supply Chain or Demand Planning & Analysis who have product sensibility of the luxury market within a fast paced, evolving organization. You will have advanced skills in Excel and Access, with strong working knowledge in data visualization platforms such as PowerBI and Tableau. Lastly, you are highly driven, organized, analytical, and possess both exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines. Fluency in French is a plus.
