Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist, Seasonal
Louis Vuitton has an exciting opportunity based in New York City for a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist, Seasonal supporting the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams of Louis Vuitton Americas in a temporary capacity for twelve months. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will manage the recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, onboarding) for non-permeant roles- internships, temporary employees, and seasonals. This role will also manage the administration and coordination for the LVA HR team to ensure that the team has all necessary supplies, support & information to run the department effectively. Additionally, this role will be responsible for ensuring all corporate job descriptions are updated & saved on necessary platforms, administer ID badge requests and onboarding documentation for new employees.
With a passion for working with others, the Talent Acquisition Specialist, Seasonal will be the first point of contact to visitors on the floor and will assist the HR team with administrative tasks and ensure the department is fully stocked with both pantry & office materials. Being a highly organized individual, this role will process and track all invoices for the department and liaise directly with vendors to system set up and inquiries. This individual will also work with the HR Director to maintain all corporate organizational charts and manage an up to date list of wellness checks during office reentry.
This role will suit an individual with 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition gained in a large multi-national environment. With a positive approach to your role and a solution orientated mindset, you will have advanced proficiency of all Microsoft packages including Excel (V-lookups, Pivot Tables), Word, and PowerPoint. This role requires excellent organization skills along with the ability to build professional working relationships at all levels while being deadline and detail oriented. Given the nature of the environment you will need to be trustworthy & discrete with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. You will also have the ability to be agile to the changing business and a true self starter. Experience with SAP & PO numbers would be an advantage.
