Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager
As a key partner to the business, Louis Vuitton North America is seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager to drive innovative Human Resources practices of recruitment, development and engagement of talent. The Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager manages the full-cycle recruitment for the Louis Vuitton Americas (LVA) Corporate population. This is a highly visible, critical role within the LVA HR team. In addition to managing full cycle recruitment and onboarding for all permanent and temporary positions in our corporate offices, across all departments, this position will also help support centralized talent acquisition initiatives and other talent projects.
As the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner closely with leaders at all levels to select and hire top talent, from assessing a role and building a job description to sourcing, selection, offer, onboarding and orientation. The role includes external recruitment as well as placement of internal candidates from within Louis Vuitton and LVMH. This position is responsible for partnering with business leaders on all staffing and hiring matters, inclusive of some visa administration, and also manages the onboarding administration for internal and external new hires. The Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager will also serve as a key member of the Talent Acquisition community for Louis Vuitton Americas, participating in talent acquisition task force initiatives and supporting internship recruitment periodically as well.
The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic recruitment background, ideally with experience in high volume recruitment, and retail corporate recruitment. Talent acquisition best practices and HR generalist or employee relations experience can be helpful. This is a Manager level position that requires both strategic consultative support to the business, as well as operational and administrative tasks, and allows for insight and relationship building across all levels with all of our Corporate population.
