Louis Vuitton is searching for a Comp & Benefits Coordinator based in our Irving, TX office who will be responsible for the implementation and development of compensation, benefits, and administration programs & policies for the Client Service Center.  If you are searching for a great opportunity to join a positive, effective team, this is the opportunity for you.

Key aspects of this role will include preparing employment letters, administering benefit programs while providing exceptional customer service to employees with benefit inquiries, overseeing all leave of absences for your population, and guiding the Client Service Center team on questions relating to the policies maintained by the Human Resources Department.  You will also have a close partnership with the Payroll team to assist in the payroll process by onboarding new hires, assist with the timekeeping system, audit payroll files, and correct payroll errors.  Lastly, the C&B Coordinator will be responsible for weekly headcount reports and other ad hoc projects.

Profile

For this opportunity, a Bachelors/Associates degree is preferred, will have 4+ years of progressive experience in a similar role, enjoys being engaged in a variety of duties. To be successful in this role you must have extensive knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and applicable laws, great administration skills with an eye for detail and accuracy. Candidates will need to be pro-active in their approach, professional, an effective communicator and enjoy working with a variety of professionals. Excellent written and verbal communication skill is essential along with strong Excel, PowerPoint & Word skills.

Given the nature and geographical scope of the Service Center’s clientele, we require that all employees are fully committed to working flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet the demands of the industry.  All employees of the Service Center should also have home internet speeds of at least 20 MBPS/Secure private space to conduct WFM as needed or required due to CDC guidelines.
