As the Client Services Manager you will be responsible for leading and setting the strategic direction for our Client Services team.  The Client Services team is responsible for responding to inbound sales or customer service inquiries via phone or email.

You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing a team of 3 managers who lead our client services teams.

As a luxury, client focused business, you will ensure quality and a client centric mindset is present throughout the entire client services team. You will also act as a key escalation point for all issues relating to our client experience.

In partnership with our Team Managers, you will ensure that our team is supported to achieve commercial objectives and each opportunity is maximised.


We are looking for a people leader with strong experience leading a team customer service team of at least 20 people, gained from working within a fast-pace contact centre environment. 

To ensure your success in leading our Maison, you will also bring:

  • experience in a sales or retail environment,
  • commercial acumen and the ability to drive results through your team, 
  • world class client relations expertise, and 
  • the desire to continuously strive to exceed our client's expectations.
