Position

As the Metro Client Relations Manager, you will co-create the regions high-end strategy, tailoring the approach by store. Primary functions include proposing results-oriented actions to achieve high-end objectives. As a leader partner with the Store and Client Relations & Development teams, PCAs to create innovative and impactful action plans to grow and develop our existing Client. 

Profile

  • Partner with Regional teams in creating, driving & delivering sales targets across all HE product categories while also ensuring an elevated client experience at all touch points
  • Collaborate with Store Leaders and Client Relations & Development teams on HE Client retention & development strategies while identifying and recruiting new high potential prospects
  • Monitor progress of business goals per high-end category and Identify action plans with the local RVP, store leadership to maximize business opportunities
  • In partnership with the Store Managers & wider regional team, help create occasions to bring top clients to the boutiques & events to further drive potential sales and/or increase brand loyalty
  • Create a sustainable personal network of high-net worth Clients for the business
  • Strive to meet and exceed all regional and store HE sales targets in collaboration with store, regional & zone partners
  • Continuously identify development and learning opportunities for the team and work in partner with Retail Learning team in creating impactful learning moments seek
  • Proactively look outside the business, to alternative sectors for opportunities to grow the stores network of VIC clients and identify best practices from across the luxury industry
  • Provide recap and follow up with management following market visits & ensure all feedbacks are actioned in a timely & effective manner

 

Skills:

  • Proven track record in developing authentic and lasting relationships with Clients and continuously remaining curious to anticipate their future desires and needs
  • Skilled leader in motivating, inspiring and driving a diverse team’s performance specifically leading HE teams
  • Ability to implement innovative and personalized client centric solutions
  • Highly experienced in working cross functionally with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to mentor and coach
  • Ability to understand and leverage product and financial reports to drive business
  • Multiple category experience gained within a high end-luxury brand or environment
  • Ability to present and sell High-End products
  • Strong understanding of CRM techniques and tools

 

Louis Vuitton Ambassador:

  • Develop our top VICs and provide private client services through in-person/virtual appointment-based selling, wardrobing and experiences with the goal of continuously delivering above their expectations
  • Develop relationships and communicate regularly with VICs as an ambassador for the Brand
  • Collaborate with Client Relations and other applicable regional partners on setting up, organizing, following up and providing quantitative/qualitative feedback of certain special projects/exceptional experiences

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to travel often within market or within zone, often with short notice
  • Maybe required to work in the evenings and at weekends
