Client Experience Manager
Louis Vuitton is searching for Client Experience Manager who will be responsible for creating and supporting overall high end VIP Client Experience and exceptional Events strategy, in-line with Louis Vuitton Americas business objectives. This role will support all VIP client events across the zone and will be a key liaison between the Central Paris team, Merchandising, Regions/Countries and other corporate partners.
In partnership with the Director of Client Experience, this role will create new, creative, client engagement concepts and oversee client attendance at various exceptional experiences such as high watches & jewelry events, fashion shows, and Savior Faire events. The Client Experience Manager will also manage high end client experience by validating clients for shows, events, and VIP gifting initiatives while also providing on-site support for exceptional events. Further, this role will create timely recaps and share qualitative information about client background and experiences.
We are eager to speak to professionals with a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven years of relevant experience within a luxury environment in events. Ideally, you will have prior experience in High Jewelry and Watch Making. You will have strong communication and organizational skills, a strong ability to build relationships at all levels, and an acute eye for details. In addition, you will have strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Fluency in French, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
