Client development_Event business partner
•Propose in store and out of store event coordination and align with central team of company guideline
•Arrange overall VIP Client Experience strategy, in-line with Louis Vuitton Taiwan business objectives
•Support all VIP client events across the zone.
•Execute the VIC Strategy, update, and manage VIC database and provide insights through analysis and share with regional teams on a regular basis.
•Manage the overview of the top tier clients to monitor their growth and evaluate the success of various events & initiatives.
•Create new, creative, client engagement concepts and oversee client attendance at various exceptional experiences such as high watches & jewelry events, fashion shows, and Savior Faire events.
•Manage high end client by validating clients for shows, events, and VIP gifting initiatives while also providing on-site support for exceptional events.
•Create timely recaps and share qualitative information about client background and experiences.
•Client action budget control and monitor
•Department Purchase Order management via SAP.
•Consolidation monthly client action report to central Client Development team.
