Client Development, Team Manager - Soho
As a Louis Vuitton Client Development Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will guide and to support the store in building loyalty and relationships with clients inclusive of managing the growth of the store’s client base through the recruitment of new clients and development of the Client Advisors. You will be responsible for communicating all corporate Client Development priorities and initiatives to the store through the store team. You will focus on the development of all team members inclusive of Client Advisors, Team Leads, and Managers. You play a key role in driving strategy, adoption, and best practices of all available clienteling tools such as local events and ICON.
The Client Development Manager will co-create the regions high-end strategy for each category, tailoring the approach by store. Primary functions include proposing results-oriented actions to achieve high-end objectives, playing a key role in in-store high-end animations and being a team player in delivering overall business objectives.
This role will partner with the Stores, Client Relations/Development teams, and Top Sellers to create innovative and impactful action plans to grow and develop our existing Client. As a skilled communicator with a natural ability to build relationships, this role will strive to deliver all client interactions in line with our Louis Vuitton promise thus further driving loyalty to the brand and our positioning within the luxury market space.
To be successful in this role you must possess extensive people management skills gained within a high profile luxury retail brand, world class customer service skills and the desire to continuously strive to meet business objectives and exceed our client's expectations. We are eager to speak to those that are fluent in best practices within Client Relations with direct clienteling and elevated selling environment experience.
