Louis Vuitton is excited to be seeking a passionate business leader for our open Client Development Manager role. As the Client Development Manager for Saks New York, you will be responsible for implementing, communicating, and supporting the Client Development strategy for the country in partnership with the Client Development Director. Based in our Corporate office in Toronto, you will work with the Client Development and store teams to provide training and support across the region in order to optimize tools and the transmission of the clienteling mindset. Your end goal will be to improve client relationships and retention, sales and profitability for each store and for the country as a whole.


The ideal candidate will be commercially-minded with strong business acumen. You must have strong interpersonal and coaching skills in order to help drive the Client Development strategy across the region. We are looking for individuals who have demonstrated ability to handle multiple ongoing, complex projects, as well as experience making business-minded decisions without close supervision. A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role; MBA preferred. 3-5 years’ experience in client development or a similar analytical role are a must.
