Client Development Manager, South Coast Plaza
As the Client Development Manager for our South Coast Plaza store, you will be responsible for supporting client development behaviors at all levels in your assigned stores. You will work in partnership with store managers to cultivate the store leadership’s ability to coach client development behaviors in the retail teams.
You will work side by side with the retail teams with a focus on cultivating a strong client centric coaching culture in each retail store. This is achieved through the daily coaching of retail client advisors in partnership with their team managers, requiring travel between stores and an active coaching presence on the floor. In addition, you will ensure consistency in execution and achievement of client development priorities in all stores by identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to deliver top client growth, high end sales and enhance client loyalty.
