Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Client Development Manager to lead the retail focus of client development activities across the zone. This role will include the development, implementation and support of all client development tools including ICON, Wardrobing and Salesforce, as well as leading the invention of programs and structures that ensure core Client Development mindset and skillset of store teams. The Client Development Manager will drive competencies across all levels of retail, build training programs that specifically target strengths and opportunities within Client Development in store business culture and ensure that all related trainings are executed on an ongoing basis reaching appropriate populations. This role will collaborate with Retail Learning team on opportunities to reinforce client development initiatives to store teams. 

 

The Client Development Manager will be responsible for setting expectations within the team for client outreach and engagement, additionally sharing best practices and success stories to further motivate stores to achieve Client Development related goals. In partnership with the Director of Talent Development, you will create outreach collateral for stores to drive cross selling and appointments. This role can expect to create development plans incorporating performance and follow up benchmarks, further executing regional and store specific plans to identify key areas of improvement and further collaborate with Client Development team to ensure maximum potential for success.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant retail experience. We are eager to speak to those that are fluent in best practices within Client Development with direct clienteling and elevated selling environment experience.
