Position

As a Client Development Executive, you are required to support the client development functions by carrying out the administrative and coordination activities efficiently. 

Client Development Event / Animation 

  • Coordinate with retail team and various vendors to establish needs for events or animation, and serve as liaison to CD Manager throughout the planning process
  • Plan and facilitate F&B, logistics, gifting, hospitality for all events, including guest lists, site visit, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decoration, and marketing materials
  • Prepare for physical invite and delivery of invite/gift for invited clients 
  • Troubleshoot and handle any issues that arise on the event day
  • Oversee client experiences from conception through post-event, managing on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown, ensuring consistent, high-level service throughout all phases
  • Maintain and build a comprehensive database of industry contacts, vendors, and venues

Client Insights & Client Treatment 

  • Extract data from different dashboards to support the needs of day to day business; Monthly Birthday List, Outreach & Appointment Data, Re-organization and Simplifying Client Data
  • Execute, follow up and track all gifting arrangement or delivery with zone and various vendors for different client event and celebration in timely and qualitative manner
  • Identify and remain fully informed on market trends 

Other Administration Tasks

  • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders in relations to giftings and events
  • Assist the Client Development Manager in preparing for various, weekly and monthly report as needed

Profile

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years experience in running events/CRM activities preferably in a retail specialty environment
  • Enthusiastic, agile and highly driven with an outgoing charisma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices application particularly in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table/Vlookup function), familiar with SAP/Sales Force system would be an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
