Client Care Manager, Union Square
Client Care is a critical component of our business, fueling the legacy of Louis Vuitton as the world leader in quality and service. The Client Care/After Care Sales Manager is dedicated to providing the best after sales and repairs services and experience to our Clients, ensuring a smooth process from the point of receipt to the return of the product to the Client. The role will include managing all aspects of after sales services and leading a team of Artisans and Client Care Advisors with the goal of providing an exceptional after sales experience for our clientele.
With Service as the priority, the scope of the role will include a commercial focus identifying re-engagement opportunities, fulfilling timely commitments, taking a solution-oriented approach to after sales issues, communicating effectively with Clients and Store teams, and managing the broader picture of the Client Care Services workshop by identifying and addressing opportunities relating to after sales and Client satisfaction.
This person will be responsible for the overall management of product repairs, Client returns, personalization, special orders and other after sales services available to Clients.
The successful candidate will have previously held a management position in after sales service or luxury repairs center/boutique/workshop and has experience leading after sales functions in a fast paced, retail (preferably luxury) environment. With extensive people management and development skills, you will be required to act as management support to the Store Director and therefore be experienced in providing innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Excellent organization, advanced customer service and administration skills are required, in addition to advanced excel & computer skills.
