Care Services Manager, East Coast
Louis Vuitton Americas is recruiting a highly experienced, solutions focused and collaborative Care Services Manager, to support their Client Care Services Center based in New Jersey. This role will be reporting to the Director of Care Services and Quality ensuring a client-oriented mindset is maintained to achieve exceptional partnerships with the Client Advisor Community, The Retail Network, and Direct to Client Specialists.
This individual will display a true passion for the brand while building partnerships and business acumen to influence World-Class Customer Service, while maintaining a commitment to improve client services. This position is responsible for fostering the voice of the client into each repair center. This role will ensure the highest level of client experience and support is delivered to clients and Retail while further developing the loyalty of the client through optimization of our care services. This role will also implement LV Service Offers across the zone and communicate and train on all new developments to improve client satisfaction.
We are seeking to speak to individuals with retail or client service experience expertise with strong communication and problem-solving skills with a bachelor’s degree. With a proven track record in maintaining a culture that prioritizes client satisfaction, positive communication, action, and accountability, you will continuously innovate and drive the Customer Experience and strategy for the Client Care Services Center.
This role integrates both strategic and tactical responsibilities that would best suit a professional who thrives in a varied and fast paced environment with the ability to build solid working relationships with a wide range of business partners. With significant knowledge in the principles and practices of an elevated Client Experience, the successful candidate will be forward-thinking, and results driven.
