Louis Vuitton Americas is recruiting for an experienced, solutions focused and collaborative Quality Supervisor dedicated to training and communications to support the repair workshop, Client Care Services Center based in Ontario, CA. Reporting into the Care and Services Manager, this position is responsible for providing training and coaching to store teams and internal departments in partnership with their Manager to help enhance the client experience by communicating proactively and positively regarding the quality of our products.

Working collaboratively with the on-site leadership team, this role drives new initiatives and sustains ongoing actions related to quality while designing and delivering the training and communication campaign materials to support the client experience. Through partnership and teamwork with other departments, this Quality Supervisor ensures reactive and holistic resolutions to Quality alerts and will offer consistent support, coaching, and collaboration with Warehouse team as it relates to New Products, Quality updates, and best practices.


We are seeking to speak to individuals with 3+ years’ experience in a retail environment, strong interpersonal and resolution-oriented management background. With a proven track record in maintaining a culture that prioritizes safety and quality through communication, action, and accountability, you will continuously innovate and drive the associate experience and strategy for the Client Care Services Center.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem solving and communication skills in addition to the ability to confidently perform training sessions, create training materials and SOP’s as needed.  Working closely with a wide range of business partners the ability to influence people is key to this role, along with a natural skill to motivate and engage people.
