We offer Full-Time Permanent opportunities for individuals who are local to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Local employees commute to our Contact Center in Irving, TX.
We offer Full-Time Remote Temp-to-Hire opportunities for individuals outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
In striving to efficiently address our clients’ every need, you will be provided paid training and given the adequate tools to provide expert advice and guidance to all client inquiries. Louis Vuitton Client Service Center makes every attempt to further enhance our clients’ experience, while also gaining further respect and knowledge of the Louis Vuitton brand.
The Client Advisor is responsible for achieving assigned objectives in the areas of sales, productivity, and quality; as well as maintaining high operational standards and efficient use of key systems. To succeed in this role, a previous experience in client-centric retail or hospitality is beneficial. The ideal candidate is curious, empathic, and agile, and has a passion to discover and delight our customers. You should be motivated to continuously improve personal performance, can work well in a fast-paced and team setting and possess elevated interpersonal skills.
