Louis Vuitton is seeking a Business Office Manager for their Client Service Center (CSC) in Irving, TX! This role handles the day-to-day operations with a focus on organization and time management. As our Business Office Manager, you will lead all building maintenance & security needs, and oversee cleanliness, facility requests, and related building and supply expenses.

This role will be a liaison for Client Services and third-party vendors while organizing office operations and procedures, leading the corresponding function, being responsible for the accounts payable process, and carrying out administrative support functions.

Additional skills required are:

  • Minimum of 6 years work experience in an Office Management role in a large organization (preferably call center) with outstanding leadership, supervision, motivation, communication and planning skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate ability to achieve desired results
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of building and fire codes
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Detail & deadline oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Highly adaptable, responding well to changes and calibrations
  • Self-starter
