Position

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this diverse role will support Care Services by attracting, sourcing & recruiting top talent for our TX location. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will publish bespoke & targeted advertising campaigns to ensure the attraction of best-in-class talents to the brand. This role will identify recruitment trends by accurately recording & analyzing data to increase the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts. Additionally, this role will support the business through training, projects, and recruitment campaigns.

Directly source for non-management and management vacancies, ensuring the hiring managers & prospective candidates have a best-in-class candidate experience
Accurately track the process of each open position, to ensure the hiring managers are updated and meet hiring deadline for open roles within their teams
Partner with the hiring managers to understand recruitment strategy for current and future open roles, prioritizing all HE roles
Responsible to screen candidates and select the best profiles to be presented to hiring managers
Ensure that all those involved in the recruitment process (both the candidate & hiring manager) are updated in a timely & effective manner
Maximize the use of current and/or new recruitment tools (ex.: our company website, LinkedIn, social media, internal referrals, networking, etc), to ensure we are attracting a wide variety of diverse candidates
Drive all talent attraction strategies and initiatives which further foster our commitment to a diverse & inclusive workplace
Be continuously aware of industry & marker trends
Own full cycle of jobs advertisement (opening, vetting, and closing) and ensuring they reflect our brand image
Maintain updated tracking tools with information accuracy and clarity (ex.: Master Tracker, Pipelining Tools, Org Charts, Who’s Who, etc).
Facilitate Talent Acquisition’s skills, in partnership with the Human Resources Manager (ex.: interview skills, onboarding, new hire process, etc) and onboarding trainings
Manage full cycle of Employee Referral Program
In partnership with LVMH brands, ensure re-hire status qualifications are met for all new hires
Support the workshop in all TA related HRIS systems (ex.: HireRight, Ultipro, etc)
Positively represent the brand through all stages of the hiring process

Profile

Ideally 3-5 years of multi-level of talent acquisition OR relevant experience gained within a retail distribution environment
Passion for attracting & sourcing best in class talent
Savvy in using social media recruitment tools
Excellent written communication skills
Solution orientated & creative mindset
Ability to build professional working relationships at all levels
Trustworthy & discrete
Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Detail & deadline oriented with a strong work ethic
Organized and forward thinking
Proficiency in Spanish is required.

This position is 100% onsite in the Coppell/Irving area of Dallas.
