Job Description

Support daily operations and work with key stakeholders to deliver the best-in-class online purchasing experience to Louis Vuitton clients 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Management

  • Track and monitor order shipment from central warehouse to local market
  • Follow-up of order processing to ensure timely delivery of orders to clients

Quality Check & Acceptance on Returns

  • Support the processing of all return orders through Customer Service, Home Delivery and store and ensure it is done impeccably to uphold the expected service level
  • Attend client enquiry for delivery modification or any special requests through Icons

Relationship Management with key Stakeholders

  • Maintain close communication with key stakeholders on White Glove Service rendered to end clients to ensure highest quality of client experience is maintained
  • Visit stores on needs basis to check on order from Click and Collect to ensure store team follows the processing steps and any pending matters raised.
  • Maintain a good relationship with all key stakeholders – Store, Supply Chain and Logistic, Client Service, IS&T and E-Commerce team

Clerical and Administration Support

  • Perform all ad-hoc clerical and administration work required to support daily operation

Profile

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in E-commerce / Logistics/Supply Chain Management and operational experience (retail) will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with luxury industry is appreciated
  • Excellent operations and organization skills
  • Detail oriented, proactive, ability to multitask and solve problem in a systematic way
  • Good communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with matrix teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices application particularly in Microsoft Excel, familiar with SAP/ATG/Ayden system would be an added advantage
  • Working location: 3rd party warehouse located in Shah Alam
  • Working hours: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm) and Sat (9 am-1pm)
