Assistant Manager - Spare Parts Supply Chain

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a seasoned supply chain expert who will be the key contributor to manage lean spare part inventory, with close communications & liaison with HK, Macau & Taiwan Retail Team and Stores, headquarter and zone teams, appointed vendors and other regional teams. He/ she will be responsible to streamline spare part operation and repair inbound/ outbound logistic flows. He/ she is also the departmental administrator and chamberlain, based in the regional office in Tai Po, Hong Kong. 


  • Supervise and work closely with the appointed vendor daily to safeguard spare part warehouse smooth operation with flexibility to react promptly for adhoc needs and requests.
  • Review pending spare part list weekly, coordinate with Central & Ateliers so as to give client visibility of repair status.  Provide suggestions to effectively and efficiently follow up all pending spare part needs thoroughly.
  • Ensure after-sales service tools ready and deliver to store before opening per store offers. Manage projects to support store on BOH repair and spare part organization. 
  • Remove defective spare parts, update modified spare parts, tools for qualified repair assurance.
  • Review KPI to monitor direct feasible coverage and cost monthly and take prompt actions to reach target level.
  • Set and review office application guideline to ensure working environment is comfortable and safe.


Key Requirements & Competencies

  • BS/BA degree is required
  • At least 5 years of related working experiences in similar nature and scale. Knowledge of Demand driven material requirement plan is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
  • Strong computer literacy in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, JDE OW is a plus
  • Able to work across functional areas and levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills, good numeric interpretations, logic thinking, sound judgment, organized and detail oriented
  • Cheerful, Positive, Courteous, Curious with Strong drive for continuous improvement
  • Outgoing extrovert with agile mindset, a good team player & client oriented
  • Office location: Tai Po
