Position

We are looking for a 12 month contract Client Experience Assistant to join our team!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support team to consolidate client profiles from all markets
  • Support team with itinerary planning of all clients across SA markets
  • Coordinate and refine client experience arrangements proposed by client’s host(s)
    1. Invitations (align on gifting for all markets, and assist Singapore team with local gifting)
    2. Consolidate client’s travel dates
    3. Arrange VIP Meet & Greet service at airport
    4. Hotel bookings
    5. Car transportation bookings
    6. Restaurant reservations
    7. Activities bookings
    8. Preparation of itinerary, welcome letter
    9. Post-event gifting

  • Proven ability in communication
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Self-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of fashion / luxury industry is good to have
