This face-to-face meeting will give you the opportunity to introduce yourself and to discuss the position that you’re interested in. We’ll want to know more about your experiences and expectations and to help you discover what a successful career at Louis Vuitton can look like. Please take this opportunity to ask questions about our culture, brand and position requirements.
3 / 4 Meeting your potential new manager
This meeting will allow you to get to know your potential new line manager, understand from their perspective what they are looking for in their new recruit and ask further questions on the role in order for you to fully understand the opportunity on offer.
4 / 4 Meeting your senior manager
Depending on the level of the role which you are applying for, there could be additional meetings with members from the senior management team. This is also your opportunity to gain insight into the diverse profiles and personalities who work at Louis Vuitton. Each person can give you their perspective and feedback on their experience of working within the organization.

The stages of that process will vary depending on the context and challenges, the manager recruiting, your future responsibilities, the role and your career so far.
As a general overview, you will meet the following people during the recruitment process:
